My guess: little boy that looks just like his Daddy and will probably be a good whistler, too. I really like the name Wiley. Definitely a BOYS' name.
Kylee, Kylie, and Mylie are for girls.
I say ... BOY! I think Wiley is a boy's name. I like Kylie - that's my nieces name!
